Social and Health Care Assistant for evening shift at Egelunden, 1st floor – Rygårdcentret

We are looking for an experienced and engaged social- and health assistant for the evening shift at Egelunden.

Egelunden is a department with 20 nursing homes in bright, newly refurbished surroundings with views of green areas. All homes have ceiling lifts, and the physical framework supports good working conditions. We prioritise ongoing professional sparring, supervision and resident conferences. In addition, a development nurse is attached to the department and actively contributes to competence development and teaching in everyday life.

Your role with us As a social- and health assistant in the evening shift you, together with your colleagues, are responsible for creating a safe and dignified evening for the department's 20 residents. You become the contact person for residents with complex needs and take responsibility for care, documentation and the nursing-professional overview.

Practical info Employment: 24 hours per week with work every other weekend. There is an option for a 5-2 or 7-7 shift plan.

Rygårdcentret consists of four departments with different target groups and professional profiles. Egelunden 1st floor, Birkelunden and Kastanjelunden each have 20 nursing home apartments. Poppelunden contains 22 specialized places, while Egelunden 2nd floor has 20 apartments, of which 10 are specifically allocated to younger people with dementia. In total, Rygårdcentret has 102 apartments.
