Your main tasks

With us you will become part of a strong collaboration where residents’ quality of life is at the center. Your tasks will include:

• Collaborate closely with colleagues and contribute to residents being able to live a life that to the greatest possible extent reflects their routines, wishes and past lives
• Ensure residents’ well-being through a health-professional view of their progress, including through daily meetings and triage, where we closely monitor developments together
• Take responsibility for stable resident trajectories and help create calm, continuity and security
• Contribute to coherence and quality of care across day, evening and night shifts so that residents experience a holistic approach.

Who are we

Rosenhaven Nursing Home is located in scenic, park-like surroundings within walking distance of Skovlunde Station. We have space for 72 residents and are divided into two units, East and West, each with its own character and community.

Our staff includes nurses, clinical supervisors, social and health care assistants, social and health care helpers, and care workers. We are also a training site for pupils and students.

Rosenhaven is led by a nursing home manager, three department heads and supported by two administrative staff; together we work purposefully to create a workplace where both residents and staff thrive.

Hiring process and salary

Starting date December 1, 2026, or by agreement.

We hold interviews as we receive applications.

The position is initially 37 hours and is a permanent role. Shifts are on Wednesdays and Thursdays, as well as weekends in even weeks.

Application deadline: October 19, 2026.

We offer salary and employment terms according to the collective agreement for social and health care assistants in municipalities and in line with local pay setting principles and in agreement with the negotiating organization.

Salary range for the position is 31,420 kr. - 43,824 kr. per month (37 hours)

Salary depends on negotiation between the manager and the professional organization that has the negotiating rights for the applicable collective agreement.

The composition of the salary depends on your education, documented seniority and qualifications.
