Your main tasks

With us you will become part of a strong collaboration where the residents’ quality of life is in focus. Your tasks will among other things be to:

• Work closely with colleagues and contribute to residents living a life that as much as possible reflects their habits, wishes and previous life
• Ensure residents’ well-being through a health-oriented view of their progression, among other things via daily meetings and triage, where we together follow developments closely
• Be responsible for stable resident trajectories and help create calm, continuity and security
• Contribute to coherence and quality in care across day, evening and night shifts, so that residents experience a holistic approach.

Who we are

Rosenhaven Nursing Home is located in scenic, park-like surroundings and within walking distance of Skovlunde Station. We have room for 72 residents and are divided into two units East and West, each with its own character and community.

Our staff group consists of nurses, clinical supervisors, social and health care assistants, social and health helpers, and care workers. We are also a training site for students and trainees.

Rosenhaven is led by a nursing home manager, three department managers and supported by two administrative staff; together we work purposefully to create a workplace where both residents and employees thrive.

Employment process and salary

Expected start date December 1, 2026, or after further agreement.

We conduct interviews as we receive applications.

The position is, as a rule, 37 hours and a permanent position. Shifts are on Wednesdays and Thursdays, as well as weekends on even weeks.

Application deadline: November 9, 2026.

We offer salary and employment terms in accordance with the collective agreement for social and health care assistants in municipalities. Employment takes place according to the principles of local wage formation and after agreement with the negotiating organization.

The salary range for the position is DKK 20,378.07 – 39,995.07 per month without pension for full-time employment (37 hours per week).

The final salary is determined after negotiation between the employer and the trade organization that has the negotiating rights in the relevant collective agreement area. The salary depends among other things on your education, documented seniority and qualifications.
