Social and Health Care Assistant for the Skolebakken Nursing Home in Nakskov

We are seeking a social and health care assistant for a permanent full-time position from 1 January 2027 or by agreement. You will be employed for day and evening shifts.

At Plejecentret Skolebakken there are 50 residents distributed across 5 houses. We are about 60 engaged staff with different professional backgrounds, who work closely together to create safe, meaningful and dignified environments for our residents.

We are looking for a colleague who

• Is trained as a social- and health care assistant with valid authorization
• Works rehabilitatively and with respect for the individual resident's life history and needs
• Wants to be an active part of an engaged team
• Is professionally skilled and eager to develop
• Is reliable and positive
• Takes responsibility for both own tasks and collaboration with colleagues.
• Can keep an overview in a daily life where no two days are the same
• Focuses on professional quality and compassionate care

Salary and terms of employment

Salary according to the applicable collective agreement and based on local pay formation principles.

The position is full-time with a start date of 1 January 2027 or by agreement for day and evening shifts.

As a social- and health care assistant you will be offered a monthly salary of 29,425.90 DKK at start (salary step 24) and up to 34,716.65 DKK at final salary (salary step 34) for 37 hours per week.

In addition, pension of 14%, flexible allowance of 1.29% and relevant shift allowances according to the current collective agreement.
