Syddjurs Municipality's largest nursing home seeks a skilled social and health care assistant for a developing position, where you solve complex nursing tasks, in the evening hours.

The position is 30-37 hours and primarily in the evening shift.

The job consists of two parts. Some days in your own team close to the residents, where you are also a contact person, other days as a relief assistant, which involves having overview, performing nursing tasks, as well as suddenly arising tasks in all 8 houses.

• Good managerial support and presence. Responsive and appreciative leadership that listens and trusts the employees.
• An exciting position with many challenges, where the nursing aspect is a large part of the task.
• On a busy evening, you are the “glue” that makes things hang together.

Your profile

• You are trained social and health care assistant. Preferably with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
• Flexible in task solving.
• Sees interdisciplinarity as one of many possibilities.
• Good documentation skills.
• Will be a role model and work innovatively.
• Is positive and outgoing.
• Has an appreciative approach to both colleagues, residents and relatives.
• You will be involved in implementing the new elder law, including holistic care with focus on self-determination and co-determination rights as well as the good dialogue with relatives.

The formal

Salary and employment terms according to applicable collective agreement and agreement on local wage formation.

A criminal record check will be obtained upon offer of employment.
