Rise Parken is a modern nursing home in scenic surroundings in Rise near Rødekro. Here live 84 residents distributed across seven smaller housing units, where community, homeliness and presence are central values.

Your tasks will include

• to provide care, assistance and support based on the individual resident’s needs and wishes
• to work rehabilitatively and support residents’ ability to maintain their functions and independence
• to observe changes in residents’ condition and respond appropriately to these
• to document and relay relevant observations
• to cooperate with colleagues, relatives and relevant partners
• to contribute to a safe and homely atmosphere at Rise Parken
• to actively participate in the multidisciplinary collaboration
• to help create good experiences and activities in everyday life.

• have a relevant health care education – for example as a social and health care helper or a social and health care assistant
• are caring, present and respectful in meeting the residents

• can keep an overview, even when life gets busy
• are eager for professional development and to learn new things

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement.

Employment location: Rise Parken

Start date: December 1, 2026 or earlier.

The position can be 37 hours per week or by agreement, depending on what suits you and our needs. mixed shifts, where you will have day and evening shifts as well as weekend shifts according to the current rota
