About you and your competencies

We see you as a responsible, stable and engaged social and health care helper or assistant with solid professional background. You thrive on taking the leap into new situations, quickly gaining an overview and being able to act in a changing environment. You are willing to take shifts across the house and have a strong desire to work in different teams – also in different shift patterns. Your colleagues know they can count on you, and that you meet both residents and colleagues with warmth, presence and good humor.

Your versatile area of work

In the floating/float position you will play an important role in covering shifts across our five departments. You help provide care around the clock, every day of the week, and you naturally participate in different shift teams. Everyday life is flexible, and your tasks can change from day to day. You will have close contact with many colleagues and residents, and your ability to quickly adapt to new frameworks strengthens both collaboration and the working environment around you.

You will be included in rosters across the house and will have a decisive role in ensuring safety and well-being for both residents and staff.
