Social- and health care assistant in day shift at Privathjælpen Struer

Working hours in day shift average 32 hours per week, there is a weekend shift every 2 weeks.

Who are you?

We are seeking experienced and professionally strong social- and health care assistants who:

• Have a flexible and approachable attitude to work.
• Are keen to take responsibility as part of self-managed teams.
• Work independently, in a structured and rehabilitative manner.
• Keep an overview in pressured situations and show care with medication handling.
• Are stable and contribute to safety and continuity for our citizens.
• Communicate in an acknowledging and respectful manner with citizens and relatives.
• Have knowledge of NEXUS or other care systems (not a requirement).

Privathjælpen Struer is a private home care company with about 65 employees divided into day, evening and night shifts. We have provided supervised services within personal care, practical help and delegated nursing services since 2003. In addition, we offer citizens the option to purchase extra services.
