Social and Health Care Assistant Wanted for Day Shift at a New Nursing Home

Your tasks

You will be an important part of the daily life around the residents and will include

• Provide professional and attentive care.
• Work rehabilitatively with a focus on residents' resources and self-determination.
• Observe and document changes in residents' condition.
• Contribute to a safe and dignified everyday life for the residents.
• Be the point of contact for residents and relatives.
• Participate in interdisciplinary coordination and planning.
• Contribute to activities, community and positive experiences in daily life.
• Assist in training and supporting students and new colleagues.

Practical

The position is 37 hours per week or by agreement in day shifts with work every second weekend.

Permanent helpers and assistants have their own iPad and smartphone as documentation tools. Temp staff and students have personal smartphones.

As part of the rehabilitation initiative, welfare technology is prioritized. For example, digital training in home care is being worked on and visits can be delivered over a screen.
