We are looking for a trained social and health helper who thrives with night shifts and enjoys working independently. An employee who is calm, professional, and at the same time mindful of the small things that make a big difference for our residents.

At Krohaven, the night is not just the hours between evening and morning. It is also here that we create security, provide care, help a resident find calm, and respond if something changes.

Who are we?

Krohaven is a care home with 26 apartments and 2 MTO rooms.

We work from the idea that residents should experience a everyday life with dignity, self-determination, and quality of life – also at night.

What will your task be?

As a night shift you will have an important and independent role. You shall, among other things:

• Create calm, security and presence for the residents through the night
• Provide personal care and practical tasks with respect for the individual
• Observe residents' condition and respond to changes
• Work rehabilitative and person-centered
• Document your observations and actions
• Act in acute and unforeseen situations within your competence
• Ensure a good handover to colleagues when morning begins
• Contribute to coherence and quality across shifts

The position

The night shift is currently organized with 7 nights followed by 7 days off. This provides a work pattern with consecutive work periods and the opportunity for a longer uninterrupted time off.

Start date as soon as possible or by agreement.

Salary and terms of employment according to applicable collective agreement.
