Social and Health Assistant for night shifts wanted 🌛✨

We are seeking a committed and professionally competent Social- and Health Assistant for night shift , at Helhedsplejen Øst with start 1 December 2026 or by agreement .

As a night shift you will be an important part of our team, where with high professionalism and care you help ensure citizens' wellbeing, safety and quality of life throughout the night.

We expect that you

• Are trained as a Social- and Health Assistant.
• Work professionally and responsibly.
• Have a rehabilitative approach and actively work to support citizens' possibilities to master their own life and maintain their functional capacity for as long as possible.
• Have good collaboration skills and contribute positively to the community.
• Can work independently and maintain an overview in complex situations.
• Document your work correctly and systematically.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

Monthly salary excluding any allowances for evening, night, weekend and holiday work

• Newly qualified SSH: 27,536 DKK
• SSH with 4 years of experience: 29,242 DKK
• SSH with 7 years of experience: 30,187 DKK
• SSH with 11 years of experience: 32,278 DKK

In addition, relevant working-time allowances are paid according to the applicable collective agreement.

Dispensation has been granted to work 7-7 according to the local agreement between Brønderslev Municipality and FOA.
