Social-pedagogical worker wanted

Klostermosen is seeking an engaged employee Are you passionate about working both in a team and with residents one-on-one? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for at Klostermosen.

With us no day is the same. You will be a part of a dedicated team around 12 residents with both physical and mental functional impairments. Some residents require individually tailored support for 5–10 hours daily. Here you will have the opportunity for social-pedagogical immersion and presence in the work with the individual resident 2–3 times a week. The remaining time you actively participate in the team's work.

Residents can occasionally react with outwardly aggressive behavior – though on the milder side. We work preventively every day with professional methods to create security and reduce conflicts, but it is important that you can remain calm, relational, and capable of acting if situations arise.
