We are looking for an engaged social pedagogue who wants to become part of our community at Birkebo .

You will among other things be working with…

• Creating safe, clear and predictable frameworks.
• Individual support based on the citizen's wishes, plans and goals.
• Relational and appreciative pedagogical work.
• Professional sparring and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Documentation in CURA , as well as pedagogical method and action plans.

Practical

Permanent position at the residential facility: 37 hours per week or by agreement. Day and evening shifts as well as every 2nd or 3rd weekend by agreement. Working hours between 07:00 and 23:00. Long shifts are possible if desired and result in fewer days attended. Salary according to current agreements.

Start date: October 1, 2026 or as soon as possible.

Workplace: Autism Center Central Jutland, Hagelskærvej 23, 7430 Ikast.
