About us

The Grevenlund Housing and Activity Offer is one of Odense Municipality's special offers for adults with congenital brain injury. Grevenlund is located in a scenic area in the southeast of Odense. Here live 22 residents, all characterized by a substantial need for support and environmental planning. The resident group is non-homogeneous in terms of functional level and specific needs, and therefore requires special pedagogy or other interventions. As a holistic offer, Grevenlund also includes an activity and socializing facility. This is also an activity offer for external residents.

We are around 45 permanent colleagues (divided across 2 wings) who are assembled in interdisciplinary teams consisting of pedagogues, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, PAU assistants and social and health care assistants, etc. We collaborate from a rehabilitative approach, where the resident and their individually tailored goals and interventions are in focus.

Several residents have problems that require specialist knowledge, and there are colleagues who have continually received continuing education and built up specialist knowledge in areas such as LA2, neuro-pedagogy, borderline, psychiatry, communication, placement in court, etc.

Grevenlund is divided into 2 wings with 11 residents each. Each wing is connected to an assistant rehabilitation manager. We are looking for 2 employees for each wing.

About you

It can be an advantage to have experience in the field, but it is not a requirement. The most important for us is that you want to develop yourself in a community where there is a need for a high level of professional collaboration. Your ability to collaborate, your desire to learn, and your competences in supporting reflective processes in a team environment are central to your employment. A driver's license would be an advantage.

As a contributor to the core task you can expect to be trained/educated as a specialist within a very complex area by competent colleagues on-site, as well as through additional training.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and the negotiating organization. The positions are with a day/night shift contract.

The positions are full-time, with roughly equal distribution between day and evening work, as well as every second weekend.

In addition to the collective agreements, there is a supplement of 18,891.12 DKK for working with complex residents.
