Arbejdstid: 37 hours per week

Children's and Youth Home is a service for children and young people aged 10-18 with the option for aftercare.

What the children and young people we work with have in common is that they are in a life situation where they need safe surroundings, stable relationships and attentive adults who can support their well-being and development. Our task is to create a everyday life in which each individual is met with care, curiosity and clear boundaries, and where development and preparation for an independent adult life are pursued purposefully.

An advantage would be that you have experience with children and young people in vulnerable positions and can remain calm, maintain an overview and professionalism, even when a young person reacts in ways that can be challenging for both the young person and the surroundings. We are in the process of implementing a narrative systemic approach. We expect you to want to be an active part of this professional development and contribute with your own perspectives and experiences.
