About the job
At Atriumhaven we are seeking a social pedagogue, a social- and health-care assistant, or someone with solid experience in psychiatry, who wants to work closely with people with various psychiatric difficulties and care needs. In that way you can help provide the right care, support and assistance based on the individual resident’s needs. The work requires professional competence, empathy and patience, as well as the ability to remain calm and maintain an overview in challenging situations.
Mental resilience and a respectful approach to the individual are therefore important competencies in the job.

You will have a varied daily life, where days can differ, and where it is important that you can maintain an overview and meet residents with calm, respect and presence—even when situations are challenging. We work as one Atriumhaven. This means you must be flexible and prepared, if needed, to also work in one of our dementia wards.
