Anna is going on maternity leave, and at Ullerupdalvej we are experimenting with something new. Therefore we are seeking new colleagues with a social work background, who want to become part of our everyday life.

We are 32 residents between 21-84 years old with very different functional levels and 25 permanent employees with broad professional backgrounds who collaborate on the wishes and goals for what is the citizen's independent good life.

We strengthen and cultivate our inter-personal relations through community, presence, respect for each other’s competencies and a lot of happy and festive traditions. You must thrive in a house where togetherness fills the space and where there does not need to be a long gap from thought to action.

We are an active house that loves experiences – concerts, art, five-day vacations around Denmark, culinary experiences, parties, MGP-hygge and much more, of which you will become an important part and have the opportunity to participate in.

If we choose you, we promise you a daily life with plenty of freedom under responsibility, and where you, in collaboration with your colleagues, take responsibility for ensuring that everyday life works. You never go home without having had meaningful moments with citizens and colleagues - and we will surely have laughed together as well.

Some of the citizens are severely physically disabled, which means you can expect physical work with transfers and personal care.

It is necessary that you have a driving license and willingness to drive our 9-person buses.

Salary and employment terms

In accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and the negotiating organization.

Working hours are in the period 6:30-23:00. We work every other weekend and with Christmas and New Year rotation.

There is one maternity leave vacancy and three permanent positions. According to the municipality's personnel policy, there can be a dialogue about individual wishes for flexibility in working hours and how work is organized.

As soon as possible or by agreement.

Criminal record certificate

A criminal record certificate will be obtained upon employment. Employment is conditional on the certificate being free of remarks of significance for carrying out the specific position.
