Short about Botilbuddet H. C. Branners Vej
We are a residential facility that supports the Social Services Act §§ 107 and 108. We also provide support under §85 and §82 for a locationless initiative for residents with eating disorders.
The residential facility is part of the Social-, Psychiatry- and Substance Abuse Section in the Social Department. In the department, a holistic approach for the citizens, as well as cohesion, are highly prioritized core values and objectives
At Botilbuddet H. C. Branners Vej, 34 citizens aged 18-40 live with mental vulnerability. The citizens require support to manage a daily life with, for example, schizophrenia, personality disorder, depression, anxiety and/or eating disorder.
The target group is characterized by mental and social vulnerabilities and a level of functioning where there is a need for support in general daily skills.
The citizens are supported in living a life that resembles others in the same age group, and where the environment should support the possibilities to work towards a more independent life.
We place emphasis on the citizens having something meaningful to get up for and therefore collaborate closely with the Job Center, uu-guides and employment offers.
To support the rehabilitation process at Botilbuddet H. C. Branners Vej, we are seeking a staff member who is keen to work with cognitive methods, risk assessments, quality standards, NADA (ear acupuncture) and functional assessments such as a sensory profile.
In the rehabilitative work, we place a high value on dialogue and collaboration. Therefore, professional competence, collaboration and dialogue must be core competencies for our new colleagues, both in relation to residents, relatives, networks, colleagues and partners. Here you can see a short video of a staff member and a resident at Botilbuddet H. C.
