We are seeking 2 dedicated social-psychiatric staff members with a flair for psychiatry and rehabilitation. With us, high professional standards and a good working environment are in focus.
The positions are a permanent 37-hour-per-week role and a maternity-leave substitute of 37 hours per week. The positions start on 1 December 2026.

Brief about the Residential Facility H. C. Branners Vej
We are a residential facility that supports the Social Services Act §107 and §108. We also provide support under §85 and §82 for a matrikelless approach for citizens with eating disorders.
The residential facility is part of the Social-, Psychiatry- and Substance Abuse Section in the Social Department. In the department, a holistic approach for the citizens, as well as cohesion, are highly prioritized core values and goals.
At the Residential Facility H. C. Branners Vej, 34 citizens between 18-40 years with mental vulnerability live there. The citizens need support to manage everyday life with, for example, schizophrenia, personality disorder, depression, anxiety and/or eating disorders.
The target group is characterized by mental and social vulnerabilities and a functional level that requires support in everyday basic skills.
Citizens are supported in living a life that resembles others in the same age group, and where the environment should support opportunities to work toward a more autonomous life.
We place emphasis on citizens having meaningful routines, and therefore we collaborate closely with Job Centers, uu-guides and employment services.
To support the rehabilitation process at the Residential Facility H. C. Branners Vej, we are seeking an employee who is keen to work with cognitive methods, risk assessments, quality standards, NADA (ear acupuncture) and functional capacity assessments such as sensory profiles.
In the rehabilitative work, dialogue and collaboration are highly valued. Therefore, professional knowledge, collaboration and dialogue should be core competencies for our new colleagues, both in relation to residents, relatives, networks, colleagues and partner organizations. Here you can see a short video of an employee and a resident at the Residential Facility H. C.
