Social-pedagogical workers for a highly specialized intervention at Granmosevej (re-advertisement)

We are seeking staff for a particularly highly specialized 2:1 intervention around one citizen with a need for massive support, clear structure and predictability in daily life.

The position is primarily with shifts on weekends, typically every 2nd or 3rd weekend.

At Granmosevej in Kjellerup we have a new and modern housing and day care facility with 24 apartments under SEL §§ 107 and 108 as well as a § 104-day service, which will be established gradually from 1 September 2026 and through 2027.

The service is new and modern, and the surroundings are green and open. Here we create the framework for a safe, developing and meaningful daily life for adults with physical and/or mental functional impairments.

About the position

We work from a recovery-oriented approach, where the citizen's own wishes, hopes and dreams are the focus.

You will become part of our § 107 and 108 offerings for adults with permanent physical and/or mental functional impairments.

About the citizen

The citizen does not have a verbal language, has low cognitive functioning and can in stressful situations react with outward aggression and self-harm.

Therefore we work targeted with Low Arousal, structured pedagogy and an environmental-therapeutic focus, where both the staff's approach and the physical environment support the citizen's well-being, safety and development.

The citizen's apartment is specially adapted with adjacent staff facilities, so the team can be close to the citizen around the clock.

The task requires staff who can create calm, predictability and stability – even in complex situations.

Your tasks will include

• To participate in a specialized 2:1 intervention around one citizen in close collaboration with the team.
• To work in a structured and predictable way based on Low Arousal and KRAP.
• To be able to analyze behavior and translate observations into clear pedagogical strategies and structures.
• To create calm and safety through relationship work, recognizability and clear communication.
• To help ensure that both the pedagogical and the physical environments support the citizen's well-being.
• To handle daily documentation, status descriptions and professional follow-up.
• To collaborate with relatives, guardians, authorities and other partners.

Your profile

You are educated as a social educator, social and health care assistant, occupational therapist or have another relevant social-professional education or experience. It is an advantage if you have experience with 1:1 or 2:1 interventions.

• Can remain calm and work professionally in pressured situations.
• Have strong collaboration skills and contribute positively to the team's common direction.
• Have good communication skills – both oral and written.
• Have a strong analytical eye and can translate professional reflections into practice.
• Can work loyally according to shared agreements and pedagogical strategies.
• Have a driving license (B).

Employment terms

The working hours are arranged primarily with weekend shifts, typically every 2nd or 3rd weekend.

There will, by agreement, also be opportunities for occasional weekday shifts.

The position is planned according to your wishes and our needs and is up to 37 hours as a starting point, but there is the possibility of fewer hours by agreement.

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement and the local pay-setting agreement.
