At Palleshave, Solstrålen AB we are looking for a social pedagogue who wants to start or develop their career in a strong professional community. With us no days are the same. One day you play music and dance with the residents, the next you help solve professional dilemmas, plan activities or create calm in a difficult situation.

You will become part of a housing service for 18 adult people with physical and/or mental disabilities , who need social-pedagogical support in everyday life. The residents are adults with resources, dreams and wishes for their own lives. They need support for daily tasks, personal hygiene and structure in everyday life. Some communicate using sign language, and we place great emphasis on understanding and following each individual's initiatives and needs. We work closely with relatives, who are an important part of the residents' lives, and whom we meet with openness and respect.

Residents live and work in a safe and protected environment with awake night duty. All are partially self-reliant, and some use a rollator or other aids in daily life.

We place high value on well-being, independence, relationships and meaningful everyday lives.

Palleshave is part of Bo & Aktiv which comprises 11 residential facilities, 3 internal day services and 1 respite service

• all located in Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality.

The position is 30-37 hours per week with rotating day, evening and weekend shifts (every 2nd weekend).
