Are you a SSA and want to join the journey, then see here
Sømarken Nursing Home in Nykøbing Falster is expanding in the new year with a new ward aimed at citizens who both have substantial health and social-professional support needs. It is an exciting and forward-looking new holistic offering to a vulnerable and complex target group, and we are looking for you, who:

The first offering opens in January 2027 and will consist of 6 places.
Nursing homes with a social profile should be understood as a special care home program for residents, where the complexity is not only tied to the need for care and health-related interventions, but to the combination of complex, composite and somatic needs.
The target group may include, among others
Residents with congenital or acquired disabilities, including brain injury, developmental disabilities or developmental disorders.
Residents with mental disorders or mental vulnerability
Residents with significantly reduced physical, mental or cognitive functioning, who require both extensive health-related interventions and ongoing social support.
The offering is based on an integrated interdisciplinary approach, where health care, social care and holistic care are brought together in one common task solution. Therefore we seek employees who can both perform health-related tasks and contribute to residents' well-being through relationship work, structure and social care methods.
The nursing home sector in Guldborgsund Municipality is on the cusp of a fundamental development. A master plan, a political vision and a values program for ”the nursing homes of the future” have been adopted and will be rolled out in the coming years. The ambition is high, and concretely for Sømarken the plan within a few years is to expand the number of places and to renovate the existing building mass, so that in the future it becomes an even better framework for the good old-age life for our residents and the good working life for our employees.
We offer

- An workplace with high professionalism and focus on employee well-being.
- A cross-disciplinary team with both focus on health and pedagogical measures.
- Opportunity for professional development and sparring.
- Opportunity to be involved in shaping a new offering.
We have a culture at Sømarken that bears the marks of values and norms that strengthen employees in their relationships and interactions at the workplace. A culture that for us creates a common narrative and a sense that through relationships we create a continuous process that leads to changes.
Your tasks will include
- To support the residents with structure, care and predictability.
- To carry out ordinary care tasks and health-related interventions.
- To document.
- To collaborate with other colleagues at Sømarken.
Employment from 1 December 2026 or by agreement. The start-up period will be at Sømarken's other departments until the residents move into the new department.
