Solgården – the General Care Team and the Dementia Team are looking for 2 employees for our activities

We are seeking, as of December 1, 2026, or as soon as possible, 2 staff for our daytime activity, 6-10 hours per week, possibly flexible work (flexjob).

Who are we?

Solgården Almen comprises 39 nursing home apartments and 4 retirement apartments distributed across four smaller corridors. It provides both close contact and the possibility of a larger community – of which you will become an important part.

The Dementia & Elderly Housing Team is divided into 3 smaller units with a total of 29 dementia apartments + 17 Elderly Housing. The position has a cross-cutting function between the 3 units + the Elderly Housing.

Salary and employment terms are set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement, including the current provisions on local wage formation.
