SUMMER JOB WITH SEA VIEW

NIXE - ÆRØ - JULY & AUGUST 2027

The ferry takes you to work. And once you're here, you may stay for the whole summer.

At Nixe, our little beach- and harbor bar in Ærøskøbing, we are seeking extra hands in July and August. Here island locals, sailors, summer guests, and people who just happened to drop by for a single beer meet. There is coffee on the quay, cold drinks, music under the string lights, and long summer evenings by the harbor.

Your daily life mostly takes place behind the bar: You make coffee and drinks, serve our guests, take payments and help keep everything running. Glassware, washing up and tidying up are of course included. If you have barista experience, that's a plus – and we also bake pizza here. When the sun shines and the harbor is full, things can get busier.

The most important for us is that you like people, take initiative where it's needed, and can still smile when suddenly there are ten people in line. Experience from bar, café or service is nice, but good energy, reliability and a willingness to be part of the team matter at least as much to us.

Maybe you are studying. Maybe you're taking a break from something. Maybe you just want to spend a summer on a Danish island. Whatever it is, we would like to hear from you.

Tell us a little about yourself, what you have done before, and whether you can be here in July and August.

As it looks right now, we unfortunately cannot offer housing, but we are happy to help find something. Most shifts are between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

Application: [email protected]
