SOSU Assistant for Favrskov's e-team

We are looking for a skilled social- and health care assistant for Favrskov's new e-team. So if you are trained as a social- and health care assistant, professionally proud and focused on delivering the best possible care with the involvement of technological solutions to citizens in Favrskov Municipality, then we have the job for you.

We are seeking a professionally strong person who is passionate about carrying out tasks within care and practical assistance using technological solutions. The position is advertised as a full-time position, but there will be an opportunity to discuss the number of hours. The attachment to the e-team is a role that amounts to about 18 hours per week. The remaining hours will be part of one of the two outreach teams in Ulstrup home care and nursing, in both day and evening shifts. 4 work weeks over 12 weeks should be expected. The position is intended to commence on 1 December 2026.

• Can create security, trust and presence and observe changes in the citizen's condition via a screen and respond professionally to them.
• Has good digital competencies and is curious about technology and new ways of working.
• Can seek out and motivate citizens who are candidates for technological solutions.
• Can support the citizen in an independent life.
• Can work health-promoting and rehabilitative with a starting point in the citizen's resources and needs, including technological solutions.
• Can contribute to citizens maintaining their dignity and self-reliance.

About the workplace

Employment will be as an employee in Ulstrup home care with a function in Favrskov's e-team. The e-team handles tasks across the municipality and has an independent office in Ulstrup.

The e-team is a new initiative in the municipality, where various technological solutions, such as screen visits and medication reminders, are managed. You can therefore be part of starting and shaping a completely new municipal offering and help to create and develop the team's daily workflow. The management of the function will primarily include screen and telephone visits, but also identification of new potential citizens for these services across the municipality. In addition, there will be driving around the entire municipality in connection with setup and testing of equipment.
