SOSU assistants or nurses for holistic care at the Fællesskabets Hus Nursing Home in Ry

We are looking for social and health care assistants or nurses in holistic care for a permanent day shift, 30-37 hours per week with work every 3rd weekend. We work with dialog-based shift planning, where the individual teams plan their working hours and shifts together, so it is important that you enjoy collaboration, are flexible and take shared responsibility.

We are a nursing home that is undergoing change and we are especially focused on achieving greater interaction across the entire nursing home through small fixed interdisciplinary teams, consisting of social and health care assistants, social and health care aides, therapists, center nurses, as well as a planner for each pillar.
