The educational institution SOSU Nord is seeking a technical service assistant who will be part of the building and service function in the institution’s buildings, in both Aalborg and Hjørring. The workplace is, as a rule, Aalborg.

SOSU Nord offers an exciting workplace in a modern building complex that uses the latest technology and building management, and where the work environment and sustainability are in focus. SOSU Nord has about 1,300 year learners and 250 employees who have their daily presence in the buildings.

Tasks

This involves service and maintenance tasks where an overview, planning and ongoing dialogue with both nearby colleagues and the colleagues who request the services are highly valued.

Your primary task will be, in close cooperation with your colleagues, to handle the daily tasks within building operation, energy management, technical installations, access control and various ad hoc tasks. In addition, there are various internal service tasks in the buildings, including setups for, for example, exams and room layouts.

It is important that you are proactive and outgoing, and do not wait to be engaged — and that everything is carried out with good humor and a smile.

Salary and employment terms

This is a permanent full-time position averaging 37 hours per week and the main working hours lie Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 14:24.

The working hours will mainly lie between 06:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday. We expect you to be flexible regarding potential evening events and the like.

Salary and employment are in accordance with the applicable agreement for Cleaning Assistants, Skilled Workers and certain vocational graduates, etc. in the state, etc. (3F)
