Our capable store manager at Shell in Aakirkeby is looking for a highly motivated partner!

Are you up for tackling an exciting role at Shell as a sous-chef, then this might just be the right fit for you that we are looking for.

We are looking for a new colleague who will be the store manager's right-hand person. You will join the daily management together with the store manager and you will have your own areas of responsibility. You will participate in achieving the store's sales targets and help to create continued growth.

You are service-minded and take pride in giving customers an experience beyond what is expected. You are outgoing and flexible – you are a fighter who knows that it takes hard and dedicated work to reach the goal.

It is natural for you to lead from the front and set a good example with regard to customer service and standards in the store. You will also participate in developing the other staff, so that we ensure that the whole team is always highly motivated and ready. You will have plenty of opportunity to unleash your leadership potential and develop yourself, in collaboration with the store manager and your other colleagues, based on your competencies.

. Your tasks include, among others

• Daily management of staff and responsibility for the store
• Ensure the store meets customer expectations as well as Shell standards - cleaning
• Sale of fuel, car wash, tips and lottery, groceries, confectionery, food and beverages, and much more.
• Ordering and replenishment of goods - tidying the store and forecourt
• Bookkeeping
