Our skilled business manager at Shell in Rønne is looking for a highly motivated partner!

If you are up for tackling an exciting position at Shell as a sous-chef, then perhaps it's you that we are looking for.

We are looking for a new colleague who will be the business manager's right hand. You will join the daily management together with the business manager and you will have your own areas of responsibility. You will participate in achieving the store's sales targets and help to create ongoing growth.

You are as a person service-minded and take pride in giving customers an experience beyond the expected. You are outgoing and flexible – you are a fighter who knows that it takes hard and dedicated work to reach the goal.

It is natural for you to take the lead and set an example in terms of customer service and standards in the store. You will also participate in the development of the rest of the staff so that the whole team is always highly motivated and ready. You will have ample opportunity to unfold your leadership potential and develop yourself, in cooperation with the business manager and your other colleagues, based on your skills.

. Your tasks include, among other things

• Daily management of staff and responsibility for the store
• Ensure that the store meets customers' expectations and Shell standards - cleaning
• Sale of fuel, car wash, tips and lottery, groceries, confectionery, food and drinks and much more.
• Ordering and replenishment of goods - tidying of the store and forecourt
• Bookkeeping

If you are fresh and positive, have the drive/will to try your hand at a very independent job in a company under great development and have a sense for sales and perhaps experience from previous jobs, we look forward to hearing from you.
