About the job as deputy manager

Together with the department director Helle Illum Greve you will play an important role in supporting well-being, development and good shared results in the department.

As deputy manager you are Helle's nearest sparring partner and a natural substitute when needed. Therefore you are interested in the entire department's development and take responsibility for both the big picture and the tasks that arise in daily life. This applies both to the professional area and in the outward-facing work in the local area, where you will become one of the department's front figures.

You also get the responsibility for your own client portfolio, and there will be room to develop it with entirely new clients. You meet the clients with curiosity and commitment, so they experience holistic advisory that is based on their needs and goals.

We envision that you will have a special co-responsibility for

• ensuring continued good credit quality across colleagues' client portfolios
• planning and delivering activities in the department, both internal and external in character.

Through working with your own client portfolio you become a professional sparring partner and a good example of how we create good client experiences and results through collaboration.

To function well in the role it is important to know

We expect that you are educated in the financial sector, and that you have worked with holistic advisory for private clients for several years.

You may come with leadership experience or with a desire to develop your leadership skills. We place the greatest weight on your ability to build relationships, collaborate and followership.

You create results when you

• communicate clearly and respectfully with both customers, colleagues and partners.

You have solid experience with credit assessment and are motivated by combining sound credit expertise with good customer advice. You see value in sharing your knowledge and function as a sparring partner for colleagues in the department.

About the private client department

We are 12 engaged and local advisors with different experiences and competencies in the team at Østervold.

The level of activity in the department is high, and we are ambitious in both results, development and people. We believe the best solutions are created through trust in each other and decisions made with sound judgement.

We have high expectations for continued growth, and therefore we work a lot with outward-facing customer activities.

You will become part of a team with great commitment, good camaraderie and a strong focus on achieving results together. We are based in newly renovated premises in the heart of the city. In the building at Østervold we share our daily work with several client service staff from our support team and have close collaboration with the corporate client department, which also is located in the building.
