About the job as deputy head

Together with the department head Claus Lyngbakke-Hellesøe you will have an important role in supporting well-being, development and good shared results in the department.

The position is newly created. Therefore you will have the opportunity, together with Claus, to help shape content, responsibilities and collaboration interfaces. Your primary areas of responsibility will be to:

• plan and run internal and external activities in the department
• develop and follow up on the department's partnerships and sponsorships, so they create value for both customers, the local community and the business.

You will also be responsible for your own customer portfolio, and there will be room to develop it with completely new customers. You meet the customers with curiosity and engagement, so they experience holistic advisory that starts from their needs and goals.

Through working with your own customer portfolio you will become a professional sparring partner and a good example of how we create good customer experiences and results through collaboration.

To function well in the role it is important to know

We expect that you are trained in the financial sector, and that you have worked with holistic advisory of private customers for several years.

You may have experience from leadership or a desire to develop your leadership competencies. We place the greatest weight on your ability to build relationships, collaborate and followership.

The team in Aarup consists of 12 dedicated employees with different experiences and competencies. The employees work closely together to create good customer experiences and results.
