We are seeking an engaged and responsible sous-chef for our 7-Eleven store on Istedgade.

As a sous-chef, you will be an important part of the daily operations and will work closely with the store manager and the rest of the team. You will help ensure a well-run store, high customer service and a good experience for both customers and employees.

Your duties

Your tasks will include among other things the daily operation of the store, customer service and sales, coordination and training of employees, product ordering and stock replenishment, receipt of deliveries, control of inventory and shrinkage, cash handling and cash reconciliation, and ensuring that the store's standards for cleaning, food safety and internal controls are followed.

You will also assist the store manager with shift planning and the daily management of the staff and have responsibility for the store when the store manager is not present.

We are looking for a person who is service-minded, stable and responsible and who thrives in a busy store with many customers.

Experience from retail, convenience, restaurant or similar is an advantage. Leadership experience is also an advantage, but the most important is that you have the desire and ability to take responsibility and lead other employees.

You must be able to work independently, maintain overview in busy periods and be flexible regarding working hours.

Since the store is open every day of the week, working hours may include day, evening, night and weekend shifts.

You must be able to communicate in Danish and/or English at a level that allows you to perform the job.
