About the job
Would you like to help set the direction in a learning organization where facilitative leadership, delegation of responsibility and self-managing teams are the cornerstones of our daily work?
At Bryggergården we are seeking a sous-chef with a nursing leadership function, who is passionate about promoting both employees' and the organization's development – for the benefit of some of society's most vulnerable citizens.
About the position
As the sous-chef/nursing professional leader at Bryggergården you will have a central role in our development-oriented and learning-focused environment. You will become part of a management team where we believe in facilitating development rather than dictating solutions – and where we actively work to delegate responsibility and create room for employees' own initiatives through self-managing teams.
You will have the opportunity to translate knowledge and evidence into practice, and you support a safe and curious learning environment for both employees and students. Together we create the framework for everyone to take responsibility, learn from one another and actively contribute to our shared tasks.
Your key tasks include, among others
- facilitative leadership and team development:
You act as deputy for the principal and are part of the management of self-managing teams. You support team development through facilitative conversations (MUS/TUS) and contribute to staff independently solving tasks and developing practice. You actively work to delegate responsibility so that employees have the opportunity to take ownership and develop professionally and personally.
- dementia knowledge and networks:
You are facilitator for our dementia network and support that staff – in collaboration with the dementia coordinators – can independently hold resident conferences and implement new knowledge in daily work.
- quality and learning:
You are responsible for health-related documentation and medication management, but see your role as a facilitator for learning and quality assurance. You inspire and support staff to perform audits, reflect on unintended events and develop practice together.
- education and trainees:
You have the overall responsibility for student programs and supervision of student-responsible colleagues. You ensure that we have a strong, structured learning environment, where students and new hires quickly become part of our culture of knowledge sharing and joint development.
We expect that you
- are a trained nurse with solid experience, preferably from the primary sector
- have experience with teaching and/or clinical supervisor training
- enjoy facilitating processes and development-oriented practice
- have strong competencies in professional guidance and can support teams to work independently
- can create trust, space for learning and actively contribute to good collaboration
- are curious, ambitious and professional – and motivated to set direction together with others.
We offer
- a central role in an organization characterized by learning, openness and accountability
- opportunity for great influence on strategy, quality and development
- a committed and professionally strong colleagues’ community where we lift together
- good frameworks for both your own and others' professional and personal development.
