Job and our expectations

As a Sous Chef it is required that you are trained as a mechanic. Your main tasks will be to:

• Be the Workshop Managers daily support and sparring partner
• Be the employee who takes over when the Workshop Manager is not present
• Perform service and repair tasks
• Achieve high customer satisfaction through good customer service and quality work

After 6 months of employment you enter one of our three training tracks: Master Technician, Service Technician or Electrical and Hybrid Technician, depending on where you are located.
