Specialist for IT security, GDPR and M365 development

Do you want to help strengthen security, support digital development and create value through new technology? We are looking for a specialist who can translate regulatory requirements and technological possibilities into value-creating solutions for the organization. You will become a professional resource and sparring partner for the business and IT and will have a strong influence on the development of our Microsoft 365 platform, AI initiatives and digital services.

Your main tasks

• Maintain and further develop the savings bank's work with IT security and information security
• Contribute to compliance with GDPR, DORA and other regulatory requirements
• Conduct risk assessments of IT solutions, suppliers and new technologies
• Drive the development and use of the Microsoft 365 platform across the organization
• Identify and implement new opportunities within Microsoft 365, including collaboration, automation, security and AI
• Participate in the development and governance of digital products and IT services
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, controls and documentation
• Drive and support AI initiatives in a responsible and secure manner
• Collaborate closely with the business on digital improvements and new technological possibilities

Who are you?

You have an interest in the interaction between technology, security, compliance and business. Your educational background is not decisive, but you have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• IT security and information security
• Personal data and GDPR
• Risk management and compliance
• Product management or digital development
• AI and automation
• Microsoft 365 platform

It would be an advantage if you

• Have strong competencies in Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and Copilot
• Have knowledge of or experience from the financial sector or a financial institution
• Have experience in translating regulatory requirements into practical solutions
• Have experience in supplier and IT services management
• Are interested in AI, automation and digital transformation

The position is initially based at our headquarters in Thisted, but we offer flexible arrangements and are open to hybrid work.
