About the job
Do you thrive at the intersection of study administration, governance and development? Are you motivated by creating an overview in complex processes, translating rules and reform requirements into concrete solutions, and driving development tasks across the organization? Then you may be our new special consultant.
About the position
The study administration at Erhvervsakademi København (EK) is seeking a special consultant with solid experience in study administration and governance – someone who can drive, coordinate and quality-assure processes across professional and administrative levels.
As a special consultant, you will take on a coordinating role in study administration work with quality assurance of study regulations for 44 programs, and the implementation of new programs as part of the extensive educational reform. A task carried out in close collaboration with Law and Governance, the Structure Team, the Quality Department and EK’s programs.
The study administration has a strong focus on compliance and quality, supporting both sustainable study paths for students and efficient administrative processes. It will therefore be your task to ensure a systematic review of EK’s study regulations and practices.
At the same time, EK is in the midst of an extensive reform project that affects all our programs. The study administration is centrally placed in this work, and we are focused on supporting the programs as best as possible in the implementation of the reform. A central part of the position will therefore be to create an overview, process descriptions and information materials that can be used across the organization.
You will also serve as a sparring partner for the programs and collaborate closely with the academic coordinators, managers in the Study Administration, program directors and colleagues in other cross-cutting units.
About EK Study Administration
Denmark’s largest business academy, Erhvervsakademi København (EK), was formed in July 2025 through the merger of the two former business academies Cphbusiness and KEA. We are therefore a new study-administrative unit with more than 65 employees distributed across a range of functions and teams: Admissions, Timetabling and Planning, Student Progress, Examinations, Student Guidance, SPS, SU, Structure, as well as Law and Governance. We handle administration, governance and guidance for our 44 full-time programs and just over 10,000 students.
In Study Administration you will be part of an ambitious and professionally strong environment with a focus on quality, collaboration and development. At the same time, we have an informal tone and a strong collegial community.
Our unit is based on Nansensgade in Copenhagen K. Your daily work will primarily take place from here, but tasks may occur at all EK addresses.
About you
We expect that you have a relevant advanced education, for example in social sciences, law or humanities.
In addition, we place emphasis on the following
- Can drive processes forward and achieve results
