As an SSA you will have a special responsibility for the health care tasks with a focus on documentation, medication and citizens' general health.

About us

Grundet Bygade 19B is a colorful house with 14 wonderful physically well-functioning residents with various developmental disabilities. The residents live in 2-room apartments around the Multihuset (the common house).

In the Multihuset there is a cafe, kitchen, craft room, staff office etc. The daily life consists of varying tasks such as conversations, activities, medication management, individual care tasks, guidance for personal care, support with tidying, cleaning and laundry. Support for outings and many more interesting tasks. We focus on being innovative, creative and caring in our work with the citizens.

We are a multidisciplinary staff group of 17 people consisting of pedagogues, SSAs, occupational therapists, cook and department manager. We value professional expertise and the interdisciplinary competences highly. Everyone works from methods including LA2U and KRAP. We also work with sensory profiles from Sensory Profile.

We work all year round, 365 days. There is Christmas/New Year coverage, which this year is covered. Working hours vary and are between 07:00 and 23:00, distributed across day and evening shifts. There are two fixed awake night-shift colleagues attached to the department. You will be required to work every 2nd or every 3rd weekend.

Terms of employment

Employment is according to the agreement for social and health care personnel – SSA, sections 4-6 on salary setting.

The expected starting full-time salary excluding pension is DKK 29,579 / lying in the range of DKK 29,579 – 34,898 per month.

The final placement, including the collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on education, experience and qualifications, as well as the specific offered position.
