About Hegnsgården

Hegnsgården is Rudersdal Municipality's Center for Rehabilitation and Recovery. We offer temporary 24-hour stays for citizens with complex rehabilitation needs, primarily referred from hospitals in the Capital Region of Denmark.

We work rehabilitatively based on the individual citizen's goals, resources and wishes, with a strong focus on multidisciplinary collaboration and high nursing quality.

”The position is part of the planned transfer to the Region of East Denmark in connection with the health reform as of 1 January 2027. The employment is therefore conditional on the region's consent pursuant to the Transitional Act § 158, paragraph 4.

We are seeking a colleague for a 28-hour-per-week position, with a 5:2 shift pattern and work every other weekend. With us you will be part of a dynamic and developing working environment where we proactively work to prepare our temporary placements for the increasing demands in healthcare.

Have solid nursing experience (minimum 2 years of clinical hospital experience).

Possess a welcoming and trustworthy approach to both citizens, relatives and colleagues, as you understand the importance of good relationships.
