SSA in the evening shift at Solgården Care Center

Would you like to be part of Jammerbugt Municipality's largest care center and make a difference for residents in everyday life? At Solgården we are looking for an engaged social- and health care assistant for the evening shift.

We have an exciting house with a total of 69 residences distributed as follows

• 2 dementia wards
• 2 respite places
• 4 somatic departments

A little about the positions

It is a permanent 37-hour-per-week position in the evening shift with weekend duty every 2 weeks, starting 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible.

There is the possibility to have fewer hours upon personal request.

We work in teams at Solgården, and you will become part of a fixed team. There is fixed staff attached to each department, and you will move between departments and carry out care tasks and health-professional tasks in collaboration with the various departments and the other SSA in the evening shift. We work with holistic care, and therefore you as a social- and health care assistant are also part of the daily care and nursing, as we believe that this is how we get to know our residents best.

There is close collaboration with the other social- and health care assistants, visiting nurse, professional coordinator and assistant manager, who support the nursing professional issues.

We use iPads, VAR, and KMD Nexus (FS3) as working tools with a focus on good documentation.

We work from the values of trust, dialogue and good well-being for our residents and staff, and we value the appreciative dialogue and prioritise a healthy work environment.

We prioritise a good everyday life with focus on a homely atmosphere, and we base it on the individual resident and their resources and life history. We have close cooperation with volunteers and relatives - to great joy for our residents and Solgården as a whole.

Employment terms

The position is paid according to collective agreement and after agreement on local wage formation.
