A highly attractive position as social and health care assistant at Plejecenter Solbakken in Korsør is ready.

We are primarily looking for day shifts with the possibility of evening shifts – and with every 2nd weekend.

The vacancy we are seeking to fill, we think can be from 28 to 37 hours per week with start as soon as possible and otherwise the 1st of November 2026.

We are a small staff group with good humor, and we take care of each other. But we need one more who wants to be a part of this community at Plejecenter Solbakken.

The team has a close collaboration with your other colleagues, whether you work day or evening. Your colleagues are social- and health care assistants, social- and health helpers, unskilled workers and nurses, and you will have a great deal of opportunity to put your mark on your workday.

The center's 28 residences and 2 respite flats are distributed on three floors, each with its own kitchen and a shared living room where residents have the opportunity to eat together.

In the center's area there are also 21 senior apartments, where Solbakken's staff carry out respectively the Health Act and the Social Services Act interventions.

We work based on the individual resident's wishes with a good everyday life in focus. It should be as homely as possible for both residents and relatives. We start from the individual person, where one has as much influence on one's own life as possible.

Life must be lived for the whole life!
