One of our skilled staff members has chosen to move into management, and therefore we are now seeking a social- and health care assistant or a nurse for a permanent position at Møllehuset. 37 hours per week or hours by agreement

Shifts

Mixed shifts and weekend shift every 2nd weekend

About Møllehuset

Møllehuset is a small nursing home with space for 16 residents spread over three floors. Here live people with long-standing general psychiatric problems, who also need personal care and practical help. We also have a temporary place where we receive citizens with general psychiatric problems who for a temporary period need close observation and care as well as assessment of future interventions. We work with presence, structure and respect for the individual, and we focus on making every day as good as possible for the residents.

Your tasks as a SHA or nurse with us

• You take professional responsibility for resident care for a group of residents and contribute with health-related observations, assessments and follow-up for both your own group of residents as well as for all residents in the house.
• You work holistically with health-related, pedagogical, care and practical tasks.
• You support a rehabilitative approach with focus on residents' resources, wishes and quality of life.
• You collaborate closely with colleagues, relatives and relevant partners both inside the municipality and outside the municipality.
• You contribute to documentation, professional reflection and ongoing development of our practice.
• You help create a good working environment with humor, integrity and room for diversity.

Who are you?

• You are educated as a social- and health care assistant or nurse.
• You preferably have experience or an interest in psychiatry and a desire to work with people with mental health challenges.
• You are stable, responsible and good at working independently, while seeking sparring when needed.
• Familiarity with Nexus is an advantage but not a requirement.
• You are clear in your communication, proficient in Danish and strong in relationship-building.
• You see the value in an appreciative collaboration with residents, relatives and colleagues.
• You are loyal, collaborative and contribute to creating a positive daily life for both residents and colleagues.
