SSA or Nurse for Solgården Care Center

Do you want to be part of Jammerbugt Municipality's largest nursing home and make a difference for the residents in daily life? At Solgården we are seeking a dedicated social- and health care assistant or nurse for day shifts.

We have an exciting house with a total of 69 residences distributed across

• 2 dementia wards
• 2 respite places
• 4 somatic departments

About the positions

These are permanent positions at 37 hours per week in day shifts with weekend shift every 2 weeks starting 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible.

There is the possibility of reduced hours upon personal preference.

We work in teams at Solgården, and you will be part of a fixed team. There are social- and health care assistants attached to each department, and you have the nursing professional responsibility for 10-14 residents in daily life. We work with holistic care, and therefore you as a social- and health care assistant or nurse are also part of the daily care and support, as we believe that this is the best way to get to know our residents.

There is close collaboration with the other social- and health care assistants, center nurse, professional coordinator and assistant manager, who support the nursing-related issues.

Team meetings are held every 4 weeks, where professional issues are raised and cooperation discussed.

We use iPads, VAR, and KMD Nexus (FS3) as work tools with focus on good documentation.

We work based on the values of trust, dialogue and good well-being for our residents and staff, and we value appreciative dialogue and prioritize a healthy working environment.

We prioritize a good everyday life with focus on a homely atmosphere, and we base ourselves on each resident and their resources and life story. We have close collaboration with volunteers and relatives - to the great joy of our residents and Solgården as a whole.

Employment terms

The position is paid according to collective agreement terms and in accordance with local pay setting.
