At Aabybro Nursing Home we are looking from December 1, 2026 or by agreement for a permanent Social and Health Assistant (SSA) for a day shift position.

Aabybro Nursing Home has 45 residences divided into 5 departments, of which 2 are dementia units, but we are naturally flexible and help each other across teams when necessary. It is therefore important that you are also flexible and prepared for daily life to change from time to time.

We offer a job with opportunities for professional development and close collaboration with skilled and dedicated colleagues. We are an interdisciplinary team with SOSU aides, SOSU assistants, a nurse, an occupational therapist and activity staff, as well as dietary staff. In addition we have a attached a center nurse, therapists and a custodian.

Likewise, a good everyday life with a home-like atmosphere and attention to the good moments is important at the nursing home. Our care and activities are based on each resident7s needs, resources and life history.

Employment terms

The position is remunerated on collective agreement terms and according to agreement on local wage formation.

The position is 37 hours on average per week or as agreed.

You work every other weekend in even-numbered weeks.
