As an SSA in the evening shift you will become an important professional key person. You meet the citizens in their own homes and contribute to safety, quality and coherence in their daily lives.

You work independently, but never alone. Professional sparring is a natural part of our culture, and you will experience close collaboration with colleagues, nurses, therapists and other partners.

We work with rehabilitation and holistic care, where we support citizens in maintaining their independence and quality of life for as long as possible.

About Team Maribo

Your meeting place will be centrally located in Maribo, close to Nature Park Maribosøerne and with easy access to the highway.

We are an outreach home care team with around 140 citizens in both urban and rural areas.

Salary and employment terms

Salary according to the applicable collective agreement and the principles of local wage formation.

Social- and health care assistant starting salary at 37 hours (step 24+520 base amount) kr 29,425.90 / final salary at 37 hours (step 24+10 steps + 520 base amount) kr. 34,716.65

Pension 14%. Optional extras 1.29%

Start date: 1 December 2026 or by agreement.
