We are looking for an engaged social and health care assistant who wishes to make a difference for the citizens and at the same time be part of a work community characterized by trust, respect and job satisfaction. At Stadiongruppen we work in fixed multidisciplinary teams with focus on continuity, high quality and strong relationships. We primarily work with citizens with ongoing disease development, including citizens with dementia.

Your tasks

• Nursing tasks within your area of competence
• Medication management and health care documentation
• Observation and assessment of citizens' health status
• Coordination and collaboration with citizens, relatives and multidisciplinary partners
• Rehabilitative efforts focusing on citizens' resources and self-determination
• Contribute to professional development and quality in the team

The position

• Permanent position of 37 hours per week (or by agreement)
• Working hours primarily between 07:00 and 15:00
• Weekend shift every 2nd or 3rd weekend
• 5 public holiday shifts annually
• Start as soon as possible or no later than December 1, 2026

Salary and terms of employment

The position is paid according to the applicable collective agreement. The expected salary level will be communicated before any interview and depends on experience and qualifications.
