Are you a social- and health assistant with a desire for professional development, close collaboration and a strong sense of community? Then you may be our new colleague at Lindecentret in Bække – Vejen Municipality's smallest and most homey care center.

We are seeking an engaged SSA for employment as soon as possible or no later than December 1, 2026.

About us

At Lindecentret we are 45 smiling colleagues, who every day work to make everyday life meaningful for citizens and residents – and for each other. We believe that professionalism, well-being and humor go hand in hand, and we look forward to welcoming you into our community.

Our base is Lindecentret – a small and cozy care center with 10 housing units, 20 senior housing units and an active activity center. Most employees are also part of the visiting home care in Bække, Gesten, Andst and Læborg.

We work in small teams so we can create presence, quality, and security for both citizens and relatives. Everyday life is characterized by homeliness, flexibility and warmth, and we collaborate closely with the local community's many volunteer enthusiasts.

About the position

As a social- and health assistant you will be an important part of our daily task solving and interdisciplinary collaboration. You will become part of both the indoor and outdoor team at Lindecentret.

The position is up to 37 hours per week, mainly day shifts, with duty every 2nd weekend in odd weeks.

• Works rehabilitatively with a focus on the citizen's sense of mastery
• Is passionate about knowledge sharing, learning and professional sparring
• Is respectful, acknowledging and positive in your approach
• Has experience with or knowledge of Nexus, Sekoia and e-Besøg
• Has a driving license

Salary and employment conditions

According to the applicable collective agreement. Upon employment a criminal record check will be obtained, and a valid driving license must be presented.
