SSA/SSH sought for a 1-year temporary position in night shift - Home Care and Nursing District Fjord, Egernsund

We are looking for a social- and health assistant or social- and health helper for a 1-year temporary position with mainly night shifts starting December 1, 2026.

About the job

You will become part of the night shift team in Home Care and Nursing District Fjord based at Skovgade 13, 6320 Egernsund.

The position is basically 37 hours per week, but there is possibility for individual agreement on working hours.

The fixed night shift staff work on a 7/7 schedule.

There may be weekend shifts in connection with the fixed employees' vacation periods. We also place great emphasis on accommodating individual wishes for the shift schedule where possible.

Who are we?

In Home Care and Nursing District Fjord we work in small interdisciplinary teams with a focus on high quality, continuity and closeness for the citizens.

You will become part of a well-functioning night shift team consisting of four fixed employees, who complement each other well and maintain a positive working environment.

We operate from Egernsund and serve citizens on the entire Sundeved side of Sønderborg Municipality.

Documentation is carried out via PDA and tablet, mainly in the citizens' own homes. Travel between citizens occurs in municipal cars.

Salary and employment terms
