Strong leader for Pinot Boutique & Bar

Pinot Boutique & Bar is a combined wine shop and wine bar in the heart of Aarhus. Next year we can celebrate 10 years as the city\'s perhaps largest wine bar with seating both indoors and outdoors and a wide range of more than 1000 bottles.

We are seeking an engaged and skilled manager who can take responsibility for running and developing the business and ensure that our customers and guests receive professional and service-minded service at eye level.

About the position

As daily manager you will have the overall responsibility for the operation and development of the business. You are well-versed in the world of wine, but at least as important you have a sense for economics and commercial acumen.

You have the overarching overview and ensure that tasks are delegated and solved so the business always appears inviting with stocked shelves and clean tables. In addition to administrative tasks such as rosters, invoicing etc., you will take part in serving our customers and guests in both day and evening shifts. You will have personnel responsibility for two permanent employees, a store apprentice and a handful of substitutes. We place great emphasis on good well-being and help each other in a busy daily life. We are a smoke-free workplace.

About you

• You have experience from the wine industry, preferably as a store-trained employee or sommelier
• You have documented experience in leading, motivating and coaching employees
• You have a good understanding of sales and business operations
• You take initiative, responsibility and manage to develop the business
• You maintain an overview, even when it is busy
• You are outgoing, positive and contribute to creating a cozy and informal atmosphere
