For a special assignment we are seeking staff who can create security and continuity around a person in need of close support and structure, at Krohaven in Vemb

Some citizens require that we work a little differently.

We are therefore looking for 2-3 employees who are calm, patient and present and who can be professionally present – even when a shift is long and the situation requires perseverance. It is important to be able to maintain an overview during a long, continuous shift.

You meet the person behind the illness and see dignity, resources and needs rather than limitations. You work person-centered and with respect for the individual’s integrity, boundaries and self-determination.

Working hours are every day of the week between 7:00–19:00, and you must therefore be prepared for both weekdays, weekends and holidays.

This is a situational position, which is created based on a concrete citizen's needs. The position therefore follows the citizen's needs for the special effort.

We envision that you

• can work structured and loyal within a predetermined and agreed framework
• are calm, clear and acknowledging in your approach
• can create a safe relationship and at the same time be clear about the agreements that have been made
• can work independently and keep an overview in situations that can be challenging
• are physically robust and can handle situations where there may be a need for physical guidance and support, always with respect for the citizen and in accordance with current guidelines
• can stay calm if a situation becomes physically or emotionally demanding
• are curious about your own practice and eager for professional sparring and reflection
• can engage in close collaboration with colleagues and the supervisor and follow the shared professional direction

Who are you?

Your educational background can be many different things. You could for example be a pedagogue, an occupational therapist, a social and health assistant or have other relevant professional or learned competencies.

The most important is that you can see yourself in a task where structure, predictability, relation and clarity are decisive for the citizen's well-being.
