Are you structured, efficient and ready to keep a high tempo? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for.

At Matas you get a central role in ensuring that the department's daily goals are met. The daily routine offers active tasks at a high pace, where you, together with your colleagues, pull together. We place emphasis on precision and focus and that you are open and flexible towards all types of tasks.

Your tasks

• Pick and pack orders that customers order online
• Put goods in place, prepare and position correctly
• In quieter periods: various ad-hoc tasks in the department

You will naturally be thoroughly trained so that you are well prepared for the tasks.

Who are you?

• Have a good sense of order and approach tasks thoroughly
• Master Danish, both spoken and written
• Have an eye for detail and work in a structured way
• Are results-oriented and thrive in a performance culture
• Can work on the evening shift from 15:00-22:00
• Can submit 4-5 shift requests per week in the period 23/11/2026-1/12/2026 (incl. weekend – we tailor the shift plan in this period)
• Can participate in 2 days of training Monday + Tuesday
• Can see themselves in the position at least until the rest of the year.

The practical

• Start: 26/10, 02/11/2026 or 09/11/2026
• Location: Lynge
• Salary: 154.18 DKK/hour (including base pay of 140.17 DKK + 10% in the Flexible Pay Account), as well as an evening allowance in accordance with the applicable collective agreement

Working hours in the period: 21/11 - 4/12 2026

• Monday-Friday: 15:00-22:00
• Saturday and Sunday: 15:00-22:00

Webshop opening hours before and after 21/11-06/12: Mon-Fri 07:00-22:30, Sat 08:00-15:00, Sun and holidays 08:00-16:00. (You set yourself a minimum of 2-3 shift requests per week, except during the period 21/11-1/12/2026)

Important: To be considered you must be able to attend training on Monday and Tuesday and be able to work 4-5 times/week during Black Friday, and see yourself in the position for the rest of 2026. You will be assigned both fixed shifts and on-call shifts.

Transportation: There are a few bus connections to the address, but options are otherwise limited – please check your transport possibilities before applying.
